Mélanger tous les ingrédients de la marinade et enduire les morceaux de poulet, mettre ds une boîte hermétique

-Mettre un peu d’huile d’olive et faire revenir chaque morceaux de poulet à feu moyen sans mettre la marinade
- Arroser avec un fond d’eau si besoin pour que cela ne brûle pas
- Continuer à faire brunir et tourner chaque morceaux
- Ajouter la marinade et 1 verre d’eau (environ 20cl)
2 feuilles de laurier, persil et cives (cebettes)

- Couvrir et cuire à feu doux
